| Retailer Overview |
|
| The PSLnet Ordering Catalog allows members to browse or search PSLnet suppliers' online catalogs for products. Members are able to browse by supplier product category. Product information displayed includes all product data together with any product imagery as well as the product price applicable to the retailer. Any promotional prices or tiered quantity prices applicable to the product are displayed. Products required can be quickly and easily assigned to orders and then sent to the supplier. If required orders can require authorisation before being sent to suppliers for particular users. Users can also have maximum ordering amounts set as well as being restricted from ordering from certain suppliers dependant on user departments. All order pricing is performed automatically based on: |

| Supplier Overview |

| The PSLnet Authoring Catalog allows members to promote their products via an online catalog. This catalog provides information on the supplier's products to PSLnet members. Product information provided includes all data associated with the product e.g. Product ID, Barcode, Description etc. including any product imagery. It also provides for specific price information to be displayed dependant on the retailer viewing the suppliers' catalog. It further supports the concept of product promotions and highlights any products that are available at promotional prices. Products are also allocated product categories allowing suppliers to create product catalogs by category which retailers are able to browse. The PSLnet catalog also supports the concept of price banding. This feature allows the supplier to allocate price discounts at a retailer level to individual retailers. Retailers viewing the supplier's products through the PSLnet catalog will be presented with their specific product prices. Retailers viewing the suppliers' products can easily and quickly generate orders for these products and have them sent via secured connections using PSLnet to the supplier. |
